Purpose of Role
To ensure the Whatever/Whenever promise to all guests during encounters in Away Spa is well executed by the team. Act as Department Trainer to coordinate, strategize, and execute necessary trainings to achieve departmental vision. Responsible for the training and development to all Away Spa talents. To assist Away Spa Team Leader to supervise all operation areas. To assist in daily operations where necessary. Follow all company policies and procedures and is in accordance with local law.
Responsibly Description
- To plan and execute necessary trainings to ensure all Away Spa talents are able to carry out the W service promise.
- To update and revamp HID where necessary.
- To ensure the Agents team provides high calibre service standards to maximize overall guest experience at the spa.
- To ensure the Agents team has the service basics and operational skills to ensure foundations are met.
- To ensure the Agents team deliver brand differentiated experiences to the guest.
- To ensure the Agents team deliver personalized experiences to the guest.
- To ensure the agents team is fully knowledgeable in regard to products and treatments and able to probe guests’ needs and communicate what is best for the guest to purchase.
