The Application Analyst I is a junior builder dedicated to supporting Mayo Clinic's citizen developer program. This role coaches citizen developers using UiPath StudioX, answers day-to-day build questions, reviews citizen-built automations against program standards, and contributes hands-on automation builds when needed. It is an excellent on-ramp for a developer who wants to grow in UiPath and AI enablement while actively coaching others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices, standards, and build patterns.
- Review citizen-built automations for quality, safety, security, and alignment to program standards.
- Build hands-on automations where citizen-dev capacity or complexity requires professional support.
- Support citizen developer onboarding, office hours, and community of practice events.
- Maintain and improve citizen developer templates, reusable components, and documentation.
- Triage questions and incidents related to citizen-developed automations; escalate appropriately.
- Contribute to AI Enablement activities by supporting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers.
- Grow technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI-enabled work.
Bachelor's Degree
OR
Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis.
Epic/Vendor Certification Required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on UiPath experience (StudioX or Studio), including at least one production or near-production automation.
- Strong interest in coaching, teaching, or enabling others.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts.
- UiPath Citizen Developer, RPA Associate, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting a citizen developer program or similar enablement initiative.
- Exposure to UiPath Apps, Assistant, or Document Understanding.
- Healthcare or Finance domain exposure.
