We are looking for a proactive and communicative Admin Community to support our community and customer engagement activities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for community members across social media and group channels, helping ensure every inquiry, concern, and follow-up is handled with speed, clarity, and care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and can keep communication active, responsive, and organized throughout the day.
Monitor and respond to chats and messages within community groups and social media channels in a timely manner.
Handle questions, concerns, and issues raised by community members.
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information regarding ongoing processes and updates.
Support follow-up activities, including surveys or calls when needed.
Maintain smooth day-to-day communication and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist in administrative tasks related to community engagement and customer support.
High School graduate or equivalent, any major.
0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong communication skills and a responsive mindset.
Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and proactive.
Willing to be available outside regular working hours when needed.
