Commercial Concept Director
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a key, newly created role at the center of our ongoing transformation – where you will define how we grow, differentiate and succeed in physical retail going forward.
We are looking for a senior Commercial Concept Director who wants to take ownership and play a central role in shaping how our retail concept is developed, executed and scaled across the business.
As Commercial Concept Director, you will own and drive the retail concept and commercial strategy end-to-end – from idea to implemented planogram in store. You will play a central role in turning physical retail into a scalable and competitive advantage, ensuring that every square meter contributes to performance and customer experience.

You report to Chief of Retail (CRO) and are part of the Retail Management team, leading Commercial Sales Manager, Retail Space Developer and Commercial Project Manager.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead the full journey from concept to commercial impact:
Own and evolve the commercial retail strategy and concept end-to-end
Translate strategy into clear commercial logic: right product, right placement, right space
Define scalable, modular and data-driven principles for layout and exposure
Drive planogram governance and ensure consistent and high-quality rollout across the chain
Lead, develop and support your team to deliver strong results together
Drive implementation, follow-up and continuous optimisation of commercial performance
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
You are a driven and commercially sharp leader with a strong analytical mindset and a clear visual sense. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are motivated by improving performance and building scalable ways of working.
You take ownership, create clarity and ensure that ideas are translated into results – working in a structured and collaborative way together with your stakeholders.
Proven experience owning retail concepts end-to-end, including store design and layout
Strong commercial understanding of product, placement and space optimisation
Solid experience of planogram management and rollout in a retail chain
A data-driven approach, with experience working against KPIs such as sales per sqm, conversion and planogram compliance
Extensive leadership experience with responsibility for team performance and delivery
Ability to translate strategy into structured execution and drive results such as reduced time-to-shelf and high delivery precision
It is a plus if you have experience working with modular, format-independent principles and structured concept update cycles.

OTHER INFORMATION
The role is part of the Retail Management organization and reports to Chief of Retail (CRO). Some travel may be required.
