Operations Training Coordinator

Primary Objectives：

1、主要负责一线员工的技能培训

2、熟悉生产制造流程,能识别现有流程风险,浪费并提出相应方案

2、负责所在区域员工的安全及标准操作等培训

3、协助支持新员工入职培训及相关文件的签署

4、协助支持一线员工的招聘、面试筛选

5、上级交办的其他任务

Preferred Qualifications：期望的资质

1、大专及以上学历

2、1-3年工作经验，有类似岗位或班组长经验优先

3、有一定的学习能力和抗压能力

4、能看懂机械图纸, 能熟练使用焊接

5、熟练使用office软件

6、有精益制造经验的优先
