The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This role involves overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock.
Analyze demand forecasts and plan inventory accordingly.
Resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on supply chain activities.
Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and vendors.

Proven experience as a supply chain coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
