Design high-quality visual assets for user acquisition campaigns, including but not limited to event posters, banners, in-feed advertisements, and landing pages.
Produce visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with acquisition funnel logic, helping to improve ad click-through rates and conversion efficiency.
Independently manage the full design lifecycle — from brief interpretation, concept development, stakeholder communication, iteration, to final delivery — coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure on-time execution.
Track ad creative performance metrics, collaborate with the business team to iterate on design solutions, and adjust visual direction based on acquisition data to maximise growth impact.
Support the broader team with additional visual design tasks and cross-functional coordination to ensure all front-end acquisition design work progresses smoothly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in a design-related discipline (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising Design, or equivalent)
3+ years of professional design experience; experience in cross-border financial services or fintech brokerage design is strongly preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; working proficiency in English.
Proficient in all design tools required to deliver projects, including but not limited to 3D software (C4D, Blender), Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong foundational design skills with a clear understanding of conversion-driven advertising principles.
Familiarity with on-platform/off-platform ad specifications, AIGC tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion), and a portfolio showcasing successful brand marketing or performance advertising campaigns are all a plus.
Self-driven with strong execution skills — able to proactively manage project progress, flag issues early, and push deliverables to completion in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.
Deep understanding of Hong Kong user aesthetics, local advertising trends, and cultural nuances.
Proven track record in front-end acquisition advertising and conversion-focused creative design is highly preferred.
