We’re looking for a Client Relationship Associate (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Tax & Legal Services (TLS) team within Private Clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for our international clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals seeking residency and relocation support in Malta.Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Client Relationship Associate, you will:
Support the management of a portfolio of international clients, ensuring high-quality service across immigration and tax-related matters
Handle administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and submission of applications and related documentation
Translate documentation between Mandarin and English
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates
Assist clients during their visits to Malta, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
Collaborate with internal teams to provide end-to-end support across residency, citizenship, and relocation processes
Engage with clients, their families, and relevant public and private institutions
Develop knowledge of local systems, including government departments, to better support client needs
Work collaboratively with colleagues while continuously learning and contributing to a supportive team environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting, or a related field
Has experience in a client-facing role
Demonstrates a strong command of both Mandarin and English
Has experience in a corporate services environment (considered an asset)
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and can build effective client relationships
Has strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Takes a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
Values collaboration and is eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a diverse team
