We’re on the hunt for a data-driven problem solver who knows how to turn insight into action and drive real commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with sales and operational data, unlocking opportunities, and influencing how the business uses data to maximise performance. It is imperative that you know how to maximise warm leads!

What you’ll own

• Turning sales and lead data into clear, actionable insights

• Optimising conversion, dialling efficiency, and lead utilisation

• Identifying inefficiencies across the sales funnel and performance drivers

• Working with Sales and Operations to implement data-driven improvements

This role suits someone who:

• Is an expert in warm lead maximisation

• Takes ownership of outcomes, not just reporting

• Thinks commercially and understands how data drives revenue

• Is confident working with large datasets and complex problems

• Can translate data into clear, practical actions the business can execute
