The design and optimisation of sales systems and operational architecture
CRM, dialler, and lead management platforms that enable performance
Sales processes, workflows, and system integrations
Implementing scalable solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
Takes ownership of outcomes, not just systems
Thinks in systems, workflows, and scalable solutions
Is comfortable working across technical and business teams
Has a strong “always-on” mindset to keep sales running
