Provide fast and friendly guest service, manages inventory, operates cash register, and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
- Services customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Ensures all shelves are thoroughly stocked and filled.
- Prices all merchandise.
- Cleans and maintains cleanliness of countertops and fronts of counters, windows, doors, and tops of shelves.
- Sweeps/vacuums all floors.
- Empties all garbage receptacles and replaces liners as necessary.
- Prepares food and washes dishes according to all sanitation policies and procedures.
- No supervisory or management authority.
- The duties of this position are primarily performed in indoor climate conditions and exposure to smoke.
- Position will require physical, visual and mental efforts due to nature of job.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) including previous cash handling and customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.
- Able to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
