Hours: Sundays 12 PM - 6 PM, Mondays 10 AM - 6 PM; Tuesdays 12 PM - 8 PM
Position Summary
Our Estheticians at Cooper Spa believe fitness is beauty! The Esthetician is responsible for providing various facial and waxing services to Cooper Spa clients, as well as educating clients on the full menu of other spa services and products available. We are THE FUTURE OF WELLNESS!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide facials, waxing, tinting, and other spa services while following safety and sanitation standards.
- Assess clients’ skincare needs and recommend at-home skincare routines and treatments.
- Deliver excellent customer service to members, guests, and teammates.
- Promote spa services and retail skincare products based on client needs.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by welcoming walk-ins and creating positive guest experiences.
- Perform light massage techniques during treatments to enhance relaxation.
- Prepare, clean, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms and supplies.
- Maintain current licensure, product knowledge, and attend required trainings.
- Communicate effectively with spa leadership and teammates regarding client and scheduling needs.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Licensed by the Texas State Cosmetology Board.
- 2 years’ experience in professional spa setting.
- Experienced in all types of facial and waxing treatments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and master spa software systems.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and exhibit sound judgement.
