Executive Assistant to the CEO
Monday–Friday | 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive priorities
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Trustees, leadership team, and community partners
- Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, materials, and minutes
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documents
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic support partner to executive leadership

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience required.
- At least five years of Executive level administrative support
- Nonprofit board experience is highly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
