Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage commercial relationships with multiple key exploratory accounts within the region
- Deliver assigned sales targets and growth plans in line with regional strategy
- Develop and implement clear account strategies, using the “zipper” approach to expand client engagement
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with service line and business line objectives
- Act as the internal focal point for key accounts, coordinating inputs from business development, commercial, and delivery teams
- Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders
- Promote and drive adoption of Fugro’s innovation and solutions portfolio
- Gather client intelligence and market insights to support strategic decision-making
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within a B2B or technical services environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex client relationships
- Experience working across regions and with multiple internal stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI is preferred
