Nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) motivé(e) pour rejoindre le lancement de CHEMFRANCE, un nouveau salon B2B dédié à l’industrie chimique et aux industries de procédés en France. L'événement couvrira l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, réunissant en un seul lieu fournisseurs d'équipements, prestataires de services et producteurs / distributeurs de produits chimiques.

Prévu à Lyon en septembre 2027, CHEMFRANCE s’appuie sur le succès de CHEMUK, le plus grand salon dédié aux industries de procédés au Royaume-Uni. Vous participerez activement au développement du portefeuille exposants et à la croissance du salon dès ses débuts, en collaboration avec les équipes basées à Paris et nos collègues à Londres.

Basé(e) dans nos bureaux du centre de Paris, vous contribuerez au développement commercial de l’évènement en identifiant de nouveaux clients, en développant des comptes existants et en créant des relations solides avec les acteurs du secteur.

Ce poste est idéal pour un profil commercial ambitieux souhaitant évoluer rapidement dans un environnement dynamique et international.

Vos missions

• Développer de nouveaux clients via téléphone, email, réseaux sociaux et rendez-vous

• Commercialiser des stands, offres de sponsoring et solutions associées

• Construire et suivre un portefeuille d’opportunités commerciales

• Développer les comptes existants et identifier des opportunités complémentaires

• Collaborer avec les différentes équipes pour contribuer au succès commercial du salon

• Participer à des salons professionnels, rendez-vous clients et évènements du secteur

• Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs commerciaux fixés

Votre profil

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience réussie dans une fonction commerciale, idéalement dans l’évènementiel

• Français langue maternelle et anglais courant indispensables ; une troisième langue serait un plus

• Excellent relationnel et aisance téléphonique

• Profil ambitieux, dynamique et orienté résultats

• Sens de l’organisation et rigueur

• Esprit d’équipe et autonomie

• Une expérience en vente B2B ou dans l’évènementiel serait appréciée

Sales Executive – Event Launch (CHEMFRANCE)

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the launch of CHEMFRANCE—a new B2B event dedicated to the chemical industry and process industries in France. The event will cover the entire value chain, bringing together in one place equipment suppliers, service providers, and chemical producers and distributors.

Launching in Lyon in September 2027, CHEMFRANCE builds on the success of CHEMUK, the largest trade show dedicated to the process industries in the UK. You’ll be hands-on in building the exhibitor base and growing the event from the ground up, working with a team in Paris and colleagues in London.

Based in central Paris, you’ll focus on winning new business, developing accounts and exceeding targets—while building strong relationships across the industry.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious sales professional looking to grow fast in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

• Generate new business through calls, email, social selling and meetings

• Sell exhibition space, sponsorship and related opportunities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities

• Develop existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities

• Work closely with the wider team to deliver commercial success

• Attend industry events, client meetings and competitor shows

• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and activity KPIs

What you bring

• A minimum of 2 years' solid experience in a sales role, ideally in exhibitions

• Native French + fluent English (additional languages a plus)

• Confident communicator, comfortable with phone-based sales

• Ambitious, target-driven and resilient

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset

• Events or B2B sales experience is a plus
