The Sales department is
responsible for shaping successful customer relationships and partnerships and
makes a significant contribution to BORA's continuous sales growth. The focus
is on strategic development through growth initiatives in the areas of product
innovation, internationalization and digitalization, as well as on optimizing
our operational excellence towards retail partners and end customers. Our
diverse, international team consists of enthusiastic colleagues who ensure
intensive support for our global growth markets
Your tasks
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy within the respective sales unit in alignment with corporate objectives and in coordination with sales management
- Responsibility for achieving revenue targets within the assigned sales region
- Monitoring and reporting of sales figures as well as initiating appropriate measures in case of target deviations
- Market and competitive analyses to identify business potential and trends
- Establishment, maintenance, and development of strategically important customer relationships
- Responsibility for resources, budget, and costs within the respective sales unit
- Professional leadership and development of the local sales team
- Ensuring the performance and effectiveness of the unit
- Definition of targets and execution of regular performance reviews for the sales employees of the respective country
- Regular coordination with one’s superior on professional and personnel-related matters
Your profile
- A university degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in sales management positions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team‑leadership skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business‑driven approach
- Regular participation in trade fairs, industry events, and international workshops
- Structured, self‑organized, reliable working style with a high willingness to travel
- Fluent French language skills
- Fluent English language skills required
