Job Summary
Trainee job: develop competences/skills to become Technician by conducting basic (Daily/ Weekly) maintenance activities on equipments to ensure the smooth runnig of customer equipment.
What you will do
- Travel to customer sites to:
- Actively learn through on-the-job and classroom training to execute all duties and responsibilities to perform as a Maintenance Engineer Assist with preventive maintenance activities and on the-job training
- Execute customer requests and manage spare parts for customers’ equipment
- Support operators during production to ensure smooth line operation
- Participate in installation events
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- A high school, vocational school or technical diploma with a focus on hands-on technical work
- No experience is required
- A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to travel
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) is preferrable
- A proactive, safety-first approach
