Costumer Billing Assistant to join its team! The Costumer Billing Assistant will ensure the proper management and control of student accounts, guaranteeing the accurate recording of invoices and payments, the reconciliation of client balances (Account 430), and consistency between billing, collections, and due dates.
Provide clear and accurate information to students regarding their financial status, facilitating the resolution of any payment-related matters.
Additionally, support revenue management for other departments and entities within the IE Group.

Responsibilities
Your role as a Costumer Billing Assistant will involve:
- Manage student enrollment and billing processes in coordination with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registry, and Academic Departments.
- Process and reconcile daily bank transactions, ensuring accurate accounting entries.
- Manage donations from an accounting and administrative perspective.
- Respond to student inquiries regarding account statements, payments, due dates, and financial conditions, providing clear and accurate explanations.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in billing, collections management, or accounts receivable.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience working with ERP or financial management systems.
- High level of Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to explain financial information clearly.
- Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
