- Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales, production, and inventory data
- Support the S&OP team in maintaining forecasting spreadsheets and planning reports
- Help track inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory
- Assist in preparing reports for weekly and monthly planning meetings
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, customer service, and sales teams to gather planning information
- Update demand forecasts based on sales trends and customer orders
- Support scheduling and production planning activities as needed
- Review data for accuracy and help maintain planning systems
- Assist with identifying process improvement opportunities within planning workflows
- Help monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels
- Support special projects related to supply chain, operations planning, and process optimization
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership or department meetings
- Perform administrative tasks related to planning operations, including documentation and file management
- Communicate planning updates to internal teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the S&OP team
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in supply chain, business, operations management, finance, or a related field
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
