General Description
Collaborate with internal and external Stakeholders to identify customers needs, create specifications and work directly with cross-functional to deliver high quality product or feature enhancements for Popular's Digital Banking. Accountable for the product definition that best meets the needs of the business and customer, understanding the point of view of them. Needs to bring strong leadership, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills to accomplish his responsibilities and maintain a steady release plan for the product. Needs to manage scrum team, stakeholders, budget, key performance indicators, and product backlog to ensure that the work defined for the team is meaningful to the customer, yet realistic and attainable for the development teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Master's Degree
Experience
Three (3) years of experience in Project or Product Management, Agile Development experience preferable.
Certifications / Licenses
Project Management, Product Management and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
