The School of Environment and Science maintains a distinguished research position across numerous industry sectors, guiding and informing its learning and teaching. As an integral part of our organisation, the Administration Officer will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the School and contributing to the overall success of our University. There are two positions available with the potential to be based at either Brisbane South (Nathan) or the Gold Coast. Both roles will provide general administration, with one focused on providing high level executive assistance to the Head of School, and the other supporting the Deputy Head of School (Research) in the management of Higher Degree Research students.

This is a continuing, full time position primarily based at either the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
HEW 5 - Base range $82,415.66 - $92,456.55 + 17% superannuation. Full package range $96,426.31 - $108,174.16.
