As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering a differentiating member experience while driving branch performance, developing talent, and strengthening relationships in the communities we serve. What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
Lead the Branch Experience
Guide and direct the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service that delights members at every interaction.
Grow Member Relationships
Develop and monitor proactive tactics that deepen member relationships and contribute to branch growth and long-term success.
Coach & Develop Talent
Champion employee development by coaching, supporting, and engaging team members to achieve their goals today—while preparing for future careers at Summit.
Drive Performance & Results
Lead your team to effective sales outcomes and service excellence while aligning with branch goals and credit union expectations.
Ensure Operational Excellence
Maintain compliance with credit union policies, industry regulations, and operational standards—using sound judgment to resolve day-to-day and complex challenges.
Foster a Positive Team Culture
Create a work environment that encourages teamwork, critical thinking, learning, accountability, and fun.
Contribute Beyond Your Branch
Support the broader branch network by providing leadership, sharing subject matter expertise, and owning assigned network-level business processes or projects.

Physical Demands of Position
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk, and sit, and use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
Environmental / Working Conditions
Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours are required.

Computer terminal/PC, calculator, printer/copiers, telephone.
