This is an identified position for First Nation’s people. This position requires demonstrated knowledge of First Nation’s cultures and issues, communities and protocols, and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships with First Nations stakeholders. About the role
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Reconciliation, you’ll play a central role in supporting the delivery of AFCA’s Innovate‑level Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). You’ll help embed reconciliation across the organisation, not as a document on a shelf, but as real, measurable actions that strengthen outcomes for First Nations peoples.
This is a role for someone who is organised, proactive, and values‑driven, and who wants to be part of long‑term, systemic change. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.
