We have an opportunity for a Search & Content Specialist to join our Digital Innovation team, owning and evolving how our books, authors and brand are discovered across search and emerging AI-driven ecosystems. You will take ownership of SEO and discoverability, shaping how we approach search, content and tracking performance for the business. You will partner with creative and commercial teams, to ensure our content is optimised for real audience demand and aligned to commercial priorities.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step up. You’ll move beyond execution into ownership, setting standards, influencing stakeholders and helping prepare the business for the future of search.
