Job Objective: We are looking for an HRBP Lead for our Merchant Business. The role holder will have to develop & execute the HR strategy in close partnership with the leadership team.
Role & team: the role based in our HQ at Bengaluru will lead the HR for the largest vertical in terms of manpower within PhonePe (35K+ employees). The role holder will have a large HR team (35+) based across the country. This role provides an excellent opportunity to experience both traditional retail/FMCG & startup ways of working and manage one of the largest salesforces in the country.
