Job Summary
The Citrix & W365 Lead is responsible for Deploying and maintaining the organization's virtual desktop and application delivery infrastructure. This leadership role focuses on managing the existing Citrix environment while spearheading the strategic adoption, integration, and potential migration to Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PCs and related Azure services, ensuring an optimal, secure, and unified user experience.

Required Technical Skills and Experience
Expertise in Citrix Technologies:
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/DaaS)
Citrix ADC (NetScaler) - Load Balancing, Gateway
Citrix Cloud Services
Expertise in Microsoft EUC/Cloud Technologies:
Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PC and/or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) - Configuration, App Management, Device Compliance
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory (AD)
Microsoft 365 application optimization (e.g., Teams, OneDrive)
Strong Scripting and Automation Skills (Advanced):
PowerShell, with experience in automating VDI/Cloud PC tasks.
Complete knowledge of ITIL
Other Key Technologies:
a. Operating System Deployment (OSD) and image management.
b. User Profile Management solutions (e.g., FSLogix).
c. Networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, firewalls, load balancing).
d. Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Qualifications (Education & Certification)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience in End-User Computing or Infrastructure Engineering.
Preferred Certifications:
a. Citrix Certified Associate/Professional/Expert – Virtualization (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V)
b. Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
c. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
