Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead EMS/SCADA software implementation and support projects across NAM and LAM.
- Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution and support activities.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issue resolution, and customer communications.
- Manage support and service contracts across LAM in both Portuguese and Spanish environments and in NAM region in English.
- Perform financial management activities including forecasting, budgeting, pacing, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Apply project management best practices to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor less experienced team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualification:
- Solid experience in Services and Digital Project Management.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, documentation, and program delivery.
- Experience leading EMS/SCADA software implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience managing support contracts in LAM and customer engagements in NAM, in multilingual environments (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
- Strong communication skills with solid financial management and project forecasting experience.
