We are looking for a compassionate and skilled home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) in Arizona City, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, providing care at the patient's residence. A home health aide or certified nursing assistant is needed for 5 hours a day, 7 days a week. The pay range is $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communication with the patients’ family, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
