The Manager of Integrated Health Operations – Clinical Support and Logistics is entrusted with the oversight and management of administrative and operations functions in CCH’s health services locations, focusing on delivering high-quality, client-centered care to vulnerable populations. This role requires a seasoned leader who excels in managing diverse teams across multiple sites, building standardized workflows, and is a detail oriented, systems level thinker. The ideal candidate possesses a deep commitment to the underserved and homeless communities, coupled with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, including collaboration with medical staff, senior leadership, and other departments. Their leadership will ensure the smooth operation of integrated health services and the consistent delivery of compassionate, client-centered care.

Essential Job Functions
This position primarily oversees responsibilities related to the support of the clinical service teams including inventory and supply management for multiple health services sites and referral management.
- Leadership & Supervision: Hire, mentor, and supervise staff reporting to this role, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that supports continuous improvement in performance and service delivery. Direct reports include Patient Navigators, Lab Coordinator, and Inventory Coordinator.
- Operational Oversight and Efficiency:
- Manage the daily operations of inventory supply and logistics including formulary creation, standard work creation, distribution plans, vendor relations (including contract management), and stocking.
- Manage the inflow of referrals from clinical teams for external referrals as coordinated by Patient Navigators. Ensure that referrals are being worked and closed by direct reports. Also ensure compliant tracking of referrals for reporting to external stakeholders.
- Lead process improvement efforts in areas of oversight. This includes development and oversight of key performance indicators for direct reports.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate regular team meetings.
- Staffing & Logistics: Collaborate with integrated health services managers to evaluate staffing patterns and ensure adequate coverage across all service locations. Ensure all health services sites are stocked with needed clinical supplies.
- Systems Management: Ensure that there is up to date standard work for direct reports and for processes under purview. Oversight of vendor relationships and purchasing systems to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with members of CCH technical services team to ensure the proper documentation and referral tracking of clinical support services in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with Clinical Directors, Managers, and other leaders to ensure that team members are effectively meeting the support needs of clinical services. Establish and maintain a network of external referral partners to ensure that clients have access to specialty care to meet their needs.
- Client Interaction & Feedback: Warmly welcome clients and assist directly if coverage needs dictate. Work to support staff in handling any client complaints or escalated behaviors.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all staff comply with OSHA safety standards and maintain current COVID-19 vaccinations as defined by the CDC and local health authorities.
Qualifications Summary

- Valid Colorado driver’s license and eligibility for CCH auto insurance coverage required.
- Can demonstrate Knowledge of electronic health record systems and medical office software.
- Skilled in operating office equipment, such as computers, software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; e-mail; practice management systems) and telephones.
- Understanding of Excel and budget/accounting data helpful.
Education & Experience

- Required:
- At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare or client services environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health operations in either referral management or supplies and logistics.
- HIPAA Trained or possesses proficient knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Understanding of community health clinic operations.
- Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience with or understanding of insurance enrollment and billing in a healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in a multi-site operation is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Experience working with underserved or high-needs populations, particularly in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
