Requirements / Anforderungen
- Experience working with children age of 2 - 6 years
- Must be proficient in German - spoken & written language - as the class will be conducted in German
- Good English skills - spoken & written language - is required, as you will be interacting with English-speaking students
- Have an engaging and attentive disposition with a passion and talent to work with young children
- Must have experience in teaching hands-on and inquiry lead approaches as well as in a play-based curriculum
- The ability to approach people in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Must demonstrate strong work ethics & possess a positive working attitude and be a great team player
- Angemessene Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern im Alter von 2 bis 6 Jahren
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erfolderlich - sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich - da der Unterricht auf Deutsch durchgeführt wird
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, für die Zusammenarbeit mit englischsprachigen Kindern
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässgikeit und viel Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
- Engagierte und aufmerksame Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für die Zusammenarbeit mit kleinen Kindern
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung praxisorientierter und forschungsbasierter Ansätze sowie in einem spielbasierten Lehrplan
