How you’ll make an impact
1. You will lead and manage all aspects of project execution from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management also define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
2. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, and budget forecasts, also monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
3. You will manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability, effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including regular reports and presentations.
4. You will identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans also lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. You will ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners and conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for continuous improvement.
6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred), Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the power generation, transmission, or industrial sectors.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion, strong understanding of high-voltage switchgear products and technologies.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable), ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and willingness to travel as required.
7. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
