The offering spans from consulting services that helps in the first phases of planning projects and complete grid systems to high-voltage direct current (HVDC), power quality and grid solutions, e-mobility and transportation solutions, semiconductors and advanced service solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist for our Grid Integration Business Unit in Indonesia to increase and maintain sales and marketing initiatives, engaging with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand performance and profitability, and ensuring excellent customer support across product inquiries, pricing, and service resolution.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will have an in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components. (High voltage, Power quality and Edge solution), ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and drawings. (Single Line Diagram), proficient in understanding relevant software and tools for electrical engineering (CAD) and proven track record in sales, particularly in the electrical systems industry and utility.
You will have strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, strong organizational skills and attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
You will have the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, experience in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions, ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
You will have flexibility to local travel as required for client meetings and site visits, experience in leading and mentoring junior sales engineers, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and strong leadership and motivational skills.
You will support the tendering management process by reviewing Request for Quotation (RFQ) , generate Bill of Quantity , price presentation, and other relevant tasks.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
University degree in Electrical & Power Engineering discipline.
Having minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing and sales especially in Utilities is a must, similar industry would be an advantage.
Familiar with Single Line Diagram of electrical system and technical specification, particularly for HV substation and distribution system.
Having basic knowledge and interest in new technology such as Electrical Power Quality, Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Battery Storage), computer literate particularly on Microsoft office Excel, Words and Power Point
Travel ready for business trip when required.
Fluent communication in English both verbal and written.
