General Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support APAC initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business and data analysis, with a proven ability to work across complex data environments, business processes, and cross functional stakeholders to drive meaningful process and operational improvements.
In this senior role, you will partner closely with business, technology, and regional stakeholders to support requirements definition, data analysis, reporting validation, and end to end process reviews. You will contribute to the design and delivery of solutions that support data driven decision making and continuous improvement, while working closely with leadership to execute initiatives that impact APAC Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain business and functional requirements across APAC initiatives.

• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system interdependencies, acting as a liaison to support informed decision‑making and prioritization.

• Perform data analysis, validation, and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality.

• Write and execute data queries and support testing of system enhancements and data outputs.

• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights to support business and operational decisions.

• Identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

• Partner with regional/global technology teams and vendors to support solution design and implementation.

• Contribute to system development cycles and regional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Act as a primary point of contact for requirement clarification, data queries, and issue resolution across APAC.

• Support stakeholder enablement through documentation, walkthroughs, basic training, and mentoring.

• Prepare analysis artifacts and documentation for reviews and audits, as required.

• Track findings and support implementation of remediation and improvement actions.

• Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with business priorities and regional initiatives.

• Support ad hoc analysis and change activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of related experience in insurance operations, business analysis, or data management

• Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Advanced data analysis skills

• SQL query skills for data processing and analysis

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience with data management/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ETL, Python)

• Business Analyst certification
