Enterprise AI transformation with consulting + engineering collaboration;
Value-driven delivery (efficiency/cost/throughput/risk) with iterative MVPs and scale-up;
Client specifics and playbooks are shared under NDA during interviews.
What you’ll do
Discovery & Structuring: Stakeholder interviews, process mapping, value trees; craft a hypothesis-driven storyline (decks/memos).
Business Case & Metrics: Build TCO/ROI and sensitivity models with Biz/Finance; define KPIs/OKRs and milestones.
Use-case & Agent Drafting: Translate processes into agent blueprints / light PRDs (tasks, data/systems, tool/function calls) and align with FDE/platform/data teams.
Workstream Leadership: Run weekly check-ins/kanban, maintain risk/dependency logs, drive MVP delivery in weeks and capture learnings.
Playbook Building: Package reusable ROI models, governance checklists, change-management materials, and use-case cards.职位要求What you’ll bring
2–4 years at a top consulting firm or equivalent strategy/transformation role.
Strong structured thinking & communication (MECE/hypothesis-driven); crisp slides and memos for senior audiences.
Solid business/financial modeling (Excel TCO/ROI, sensitivities).
Bias for action and cross-functional orchestration in ambiguity.
Bilingual (EN/ZH) for senior-level meetings and documents.
Nice to have
Exposure to digital/automation/data/AI programs; familiarity with GenAI/LLM/Agents (RAG, tool calls, evaluation, compliance).
Light data skills (SQL/Python) or product docs (PRDs/user stories).
Domain familiarity in industrial/mining/manufacturing, supply chain & logistics, energy & decarb, insurance/FS, telco, public sector.
