Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive B or C Technician to join our fast-paced service department. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems. Whether you are an experienced C-level tech looking to jump to the next level or a seasoned B-level pro, we provide the volume and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostic & Repair: Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with speed and precision.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough multi-point "360 Inspections" to ensure guest safety and identify necessary maintenance.
Clear Communication: Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.
Documentation: Maintain detailed digital records of all work performed and recommended future services.
Quality Control: Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure the vehicle is operating at factory standards.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and federal regulations regarding shop safety and hazardous waste disposal.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician (Dealership experience preferred but not required).
Tools: Must possess your own basic tools to perform daily tasks.
Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.
Certifications: ASE certifications are a major plus (and we will help you get more!).
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, vibration, and chemicals typical of the industry.

Physical Demands
Stand and/or sit for up to 8 hours per shift.
