The Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Treasury Operations Manager and supports a team that is responsible for managing key global treasury operations with a focus on foreign currency risk exposure, cash management in emerging markets, vendor payment optimization, and safeguarding company cash assets. This role supports extensively across Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, and regional LATAM teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and secure cash and banking operations. The position plays a critical role in supporting strengthening internal controls, supporting SOX compliance, and advancing scalable treasury processes in complex, global environments.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
Three (3+) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Skills
Must have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to follow established processes, work with financial data, collaborate effectively with business partners, and clearly communicate findings is required. Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
