The person in this position contacts and offers clients property and casualty insurance products offered by Desjardins Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Upon receiving a call, you will assist the client by providing insurance quotes, binding policies, or applying changes to their existing policies, updating their information on our system, taking care to meet the client's needs effectively, while adhering to underwriting policies.
- You will make personalized telephone contacts with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policies, while advising and educating them to ensure their complete satisfaction and retention.
- Seize all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
Qualifications
- OTL/RIBO/LLQP license.
- College diploma is preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience is an asset.
- Previous insurance experience is an asset.
Compensation: $ 45000 +
