Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.

HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Develops and administers subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
• Creates subcontract solicitations
• Supports proposal efforts
• Negotiates price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses
• Reviews and routes subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment
• Compiles reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
• Works with other program and functional area staff
• Ensures compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
• Participates in and/or manages special projects as required

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Administration, Contracts Administration, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain
• Required Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint
• Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in subcontract administration.
• Location: This is a hybrid position working at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. Position will require working onsite 3 days a week. Must be comfortable traveling to meetings onsite as requested.

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $76,999. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
