2.Management of Visual Merchandising Props & Electronic Price Tags: Manage PSI (Prop Standardization Index) for display props and oversee the content layout of electronic price tags.
3.Visual Merchandising Campaign Planning: Collaborate with headquarters and regional/national marketing teams to conceptualize and execute themed visual merchandising for promotional campaigns.
4.Post-Implementation Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of display strategies, analyze challenges and propose actionable improvements and solutions.
5.Training & Standard Enforcement: Train and guide district/store staff to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards, empowering them to optimize execution.
6.Store Inspection Checks: Conduct monthly store inspections and random spot checks to ensure compliance with display guidelines and address deviations promptly.
7.New Store display execution and implementation.职位要求1.Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Design or related field.
2.At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and display design in the retail industry, with preference given to candidates with experience in the 3C electronics industry.
3. Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and capable of independently completing visual merchandising design tasks.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams.
