On this role ypu will play a critical role in bringing advanced medical technology to life by designing how Philips healthcare systems integrate seamlessly into hospitals around the world.
Your role:
Lead and execute site planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of drawings, layouts, and documentation that support the installation of Philips Healthcare systems globally. You’ll translate technical requirements into actionable site designs that enable efficient and compliant installations
Design optimal room and departmental layouts that integrate Philips medical equipment into clinical environments. You’ll develop detailed Site Preparation Specifications that align with workflow, infrastructure, and safety standards.
Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to design inquiries and ensuring clarity on site preparation requirements and installation dependencies.
Monitor project progress using established tools and dashboards, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met. You’ll proactively identify risks and escalate issues to maintain project continuity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Site Planning teams, Installation, Customer Project Management, and Business Units to ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and standards.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience within the Philips Site Planning organization, with demonstrated expertise in healthcare facility design, technical drawings, and site preparation.
Your skills include AutoCAD design, technical documentation, layout optimization, and the ability to interpret complex engineering and architectural requirements within hospital environments.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and have strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level), enabling effective collaboration across global teams.
You bring strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to adapt standard solutions to complex or unique site planning scenarios while operating autonomously within established frameworks.
