Job Description Summary
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and flexible individual to support the Women’s Health Ultrasound team. As a Clinical Product Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in the clinical development of our ultrasound product solutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting clinical evaluations at customer sites, representing the voice of the customer, and acting as a strong liaison between regional and engineering teams.
This 2 years program will provide you with deep insights into the NPI (New Product Introduction) development process for ultrasound products within obstetrics and gynecology.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
- You help define, design, and continuously refine products and services to better meet customer needs
- You act as a strong clinical voice in product discussions, ensuring global market needs and trends are reflected in decision-making
- You gather clinical feedback from customers and regional teams
- You translate and communicate clinical insights to Product Management and R&D, synthesizing feedback into clear inputs for product roadmaps and NPI definition
- You provide clinical input to shape compelling marketing stories for NPIs, and you support and participate in external product evaluations
- You engage in clinical research discussions with key opinion leaders, ensuring alignment with the overall Women’s Health Ultrasound strategy
- You drive product quality by supporting testing as well as verification and validation (V&V) activities
- You contribute to the development of AI-based clinical tools, including image collection, annotation, and clinical definition
- You support Product, Marketing, and Clinical teams in developing training materials for NPIs
- You act as a product ambassador by presenting to customers and user groups, representing the portfolio at trade shows, promoting the product roadmap internally, delivering sales training, and building enthusiasm for the product
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences, Health Studies, Sonography, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or you are a qualified Sonographer, Midwife (Obstetrics/Gynaecology), Radiographer, or Biomedical Analyst
- You bring a strong understanding of women’s health and ultrasound technology
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across teams
- You have experience working in a clinical environment
- You are a team player who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings
- You are well-organized, manage your time effectively, and communicate clearly in presentations and discussions
- You are a self-starter with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Ideally, you have prior experience in clinical product management, engineering support, or customer relationship management
In Austria, we are required to state the minimum salary. For this position, the annual salary starts at €50.000. The actual salary will be discussed individually based on qualifications and experience.
