Job Description Summary
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and flexible individual to support the Women’s Health Ultrasound team. As a Clinical Strategy Trainee, you will support the development and execution of clinical strategies that help ensure our products deliver meaningful clinical outcomes and remain competitively positioned in global markets. Your work will contribute to activities such as translating clinical needs into product requirements, monitoring clinical trends, supporting medical advisory boards, and generating clinical evidence with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
This 2 years program will provide you with deep insights into the NPI (New Product Introduction) development process for ultrasound products within obstetrics and gynecology.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
- You assist in translating clinical insights into clear, actionable product requirements in close partnership with Product Management and R&D
- You support the identification and tracking of emerging clinical trends and unmet needs to help shape future growth opportunities
- You help establish, coordinate, and facilitate global and regional Medical Advisory Boards
- You contribute to synthesizing advisory board insights into concise, strategic recommendations for the organization
- You support compliance with regulatory requirements in all interactions with healthcare professionals
- You help manage existing KOL relationships and contribute to building and expanding the next generation of KOL networks
- You contribute to the development and delivery of clinical education programs that drive adoption of new ultrasound applications
- You collaborate with Marketing to create clinically relevant and compelling messaging and content
- You monitor competitive clinical positioning and support the development of strong clinical differentiation strategies
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or you are a qualified Sonographer or Midwife (Obstetrics/Gynecology)
- You bring a basic understanding of women’s health and ultrasound technology
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and interact confidently with diverse stakeholders
- You have experience working in a clinical environment
- You are comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- You are well organized and manage your time effectively
- You communicate clearly and confidently, including in presentations
- You are a self-motivated individual with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Ideally, you have prior experience in clinical strategy development, clinical product management, or KOL management
In Austria, we are required to state the minimum salary. For this position, the annual salary starts at €50.000. The actual salary will be discussed individually based on qualifications and experience.
