Job Description Summary
Responsible for managing production lines to achieve established Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets while driving the implementation of lean manufacturing strategies, tools, and principles across operations. This role needs to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize process flow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a production line to reach defined targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Production planning along with Contracts and Supply chain team for meeting delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to stabilize operations
- Consistent application of Lean strategies, tools and principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement activities such as kaizen events and AWO (Action workouts)
- Support line readiness for new product introduction or process changes.
- Monitor line capacity, identify bottlenecks and drive capacity augmentation to meet targets.
- Drive 5S implementation and sustain workplace organization.
- Drive operators for continuous improvement and 5S.
- Establish daily operating rhythms in manufacturing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience minimum 8-10 Years.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience in ERP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Decision-making/problem solving skills.
- Experience with structured quality improvement tools such as RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, 8D, PFMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
