About the role
The Social Commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving growth across emerging social commerce platforms, managing key digital accounts, and executing high-impact campaigns that convert consumer engagement into sales. This role sits within the E-Commerce/Commercial function and partners closely with Brand, Media, and Sales teams to translate marketing strategies into platform-specific execution.
You will lead the development of market penetration strategies across social commerce channels, ensuring strong alignment between brand communication, shopper behaviour, and commercial performance on platforms such as TikTok.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key social commerce accounts, driving sales performance and platform visibility
Develop and execute market penetration strategies across social and digital commerce channels
Translate brand campaigns into high-performing platform activations across content, media, and promotions
Drive performance metrics including GMV, conversion, ROAS, and traffic through continuous optimisation
Collaborate with Brand, Media, and Sales teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of product marketing plans
Leverage consumer, shopper, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise strategy
Manage pricing, promotional strategies, and product assortment to maximise platform performance
Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve future activations
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Key Account Management, E-Commerce, Digital Platforms, or FMCG Commercial roles
Proven track record of managing digital or marketplace accounts with measurable performance outcomes
Strong understanding of social commerce, performance marketing, and conversion metrics (GMV, ROAS, traffic)
Experience executing campaigns, promotions, and product launches within digital or retail environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with social commerce platforms such as TikTok, live commerce, or short-form content ecosystems
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities
Commercially driven with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
