

Role Overview:
The Healthcare Data Verifier is responsible for the daily maintenance, validation, and quality management of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) within German databases. This role ensures data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal quality standards while supporting client data inquiries through research, analysis, and validation using client-specific tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily maintenance of Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations in German.
Proactively manage organization data assets, including data cleansing, quality control, ownership, monitoring, and implementation of business rules and standards.
Ensure accurate data processing and timely submission of deliverables for production.
Validate, research, and analyze client data inquiries using client-specific systems and tools.
Perform complete maintenance of reference data (HCPs and HCOs) essential for our production environments.
Conduct primary and secondary research (internet searches, database matching, third-party sources) to enhance data accuracy and completeness.
Receive, analyze, and respond to client data inquiries with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Perform critical and trend analysis to support data integrity and client reporting needs.
Apply standard practices and established business procedures to resolve data additions, updates, and changes.
Match and reconcile internal and external data sources following data management policies; identify, analyze, and correct data discrepancies.
Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Validate that third-party information represents accurate data requiring creation, update, or deletion within existing databases.
Support data cleanup activities to maintain the integrity of client-related databases.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or completion of any 4-year course.
Fluent German speaker.
Availability to work under a temporary 3-month contract, starting in June.
