We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at New Lambton, located at 297 Lambton Road, New Lambton NSW 2305 , on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.
What you’ll do
Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
What you’ll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
Current Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW
