1. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance
- Ensure Implement and promote company HSE programs (LIF, CCV, Safety Talks, HiPo, Golden
Rules, RAC).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during fieldwork, sampling and data collection.
- Actively participate in hazard identification, incident reporting and safety improvement initiatives.
2. FEL3 Study
- Provide data for FEL3 study based on SK-1300 standard and Vale PNR Standard
- Alignment with consultant to fulfill FEL3 requirement
3. Reconciliation Data Management
- Collect survey data such as mine face survey, bluezone survey, density factor and release ore
- Collect mine production data such as material tonnage, belt-cut sampling, WOS survey, drilling
data (daily grade)
- Collect process plant data such as dispatch data, DOS, belt-cult sampling, reject recovery,
pugmill dust factor, calcine sampling, slag matte sampling and product weighing
4. Resource & Reserve Modeling Collect Data
-Collect block model data from Long-Term Model (LTM)
5. Reconcile actual mined against block model estimation and drill holes data in term of Run of Mine (ROM) tonnage and grades, ore and overburden thickness, ore gain/loss top bottom, unmined and recovery based on measured actual top and bottom ore surfaces
- Resources model vs. reserves model (F1)
- Reserves model vs. mined material (F2)
- Mined material vs. process plant semi-dry product (F3)
- Process plant semi-dry product vs. resources model (F4)
- Mined material vs. resources model (F5)
- Gain/Loss at top/bottom
- Unmined reserve
- Recovery Screening Station
6. Analyze discrepancies and contribute to root cause investigations.
- Check and validate field survey measurement of top ore, bottom ore and sampling result to
ensure reliability of data for reconciliation purposes
- Provide block model section, drill hole data, ore expose and bluezone data to support
reconciliation analysis
7. Communicate discrepancies between block-model and actual to the mine planning and reconciliation team to ensure the alignment.
- Work closely with Mine Planning, Survey, and Process Plant teams to ensure consistent
understanding of orebody characteristics.
- Participate in reconciliation meetings and contribute to decision-making.
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare geological sections to support reconciliation reports.
- Document geological factors affecting reconciliation outcomes (e.g., dilution, ore loss,
misclassification).
9. Training & Mentorship
- Conduct Global Positioning System (GPS) training for Ore Quality Control
- Training Junior Geologist Ore Reconciliation
