POSITION OVERVIEW
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating conformance of the process/quality system by analyzing and presenting information about business situations, production capabilities, and product development. This position gathers information about supply quality and vendor quality standards and is responsible for hiring, training, and directing employees, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and analyzing business situations. This position also coordinates ISO/IATF audits, suggests solutions, and collaborates with top management to establish company policies and goals.
Primary Responsibilities
· Implements and coordinates conformance of process/quality system
· Analyzes and presents information about business situations, production capabilities, and product development
· Gathers information about supply quality and vendor quality standards
· Supervises by hiring, planning, and assigning work, appraising performance, and rewarding employees
Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Minimum Experience Required
· Eight (8) years of related experience
License(s) and/or Certification(s) Required
