Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and a willingness to grow with the service
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at your own cost).
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
- Available to work full-time or part-time across four days per week, with Wednesdays off, and shifts rostered between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM daily
- Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, particularly within the Nursery space, where you will be required to support 2-3 days a week
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards), with a transcript readily available
- Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk*
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*
*To be completed prior to your first working shift.
