Verisure is seeking a talented, analytical, and passionate Group Business Improvement Data & Analytics Senior Analyst with more than 4 years of experience. The role will be part of a growing and talented Business Improvement Team and will report directly into our Group Business Improvement Team Lead. The role will support strategic data-driven decisions for Verisure.
Strategic context and Value proposition
The Business Improvement Team is a relatively small team that reports directly to the Group CFO. The team has the responsibility for designing and implementing critical strategic transformational projects for the Company at global level. You will have a very wide vision of the business and geographies, with special focus on Operations, but also in Strategy, Tech, Product and Marketing Portfolio, among others. The team is currently driving a transformational project (Fit for Growth) continuously working on optimisation levers that can re-shape our processes, building a more agile business model. The team is also in charge of informing key analytical insights that can improve the quality of the service provided to our customers while improving efficiency across the group.
The Business Improvement Team works in close collaboration with our local market organizations in KPI development, best practice sharing, execution of improvement initiatives, and assessing financial impact from committed projects. The team also has the responsibility of reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying gaps, and ensuring countries are driving improvements where needed.
As a Group Business Improvement Data & Analytics Senior Analyst you will have the opportunity to learn about multiple sides of our business and to support team members in the execution of some of the most important strategic projects of the company. The projects are very diverse; however, they all share the application of analytical capabilities, together with a business mindset, to deliver operational and efficiency improvements.
Over the longer-term, there will be many opportunities for personal and professional development within the team and in the Company as a whole.

- Act as a Group reference point for operational data. You will help create important data bases and metrics at a company level, which will serve as a base for unlocking opportunities. These databases will need to be comparable among countries, and you will need to be comfortable working with heavy and complex datasets. You will also partner with local market teams and key stakeholders to ensure that definitions, assumptions, and performance views are fully aligned with the operational reality of each country.
- Develop business cases and complex cross-functional analyses to quantify opportunities, assess scenarios, support prioritization, and provide fact-based recommendations for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Safeguard data quality and reporting consistency across Group performance materials, proactively identifying discrepancies, challenging inconsistencies, and driving structural improvements to ensure robust and reliable management of information.
- Collaborate across multiple workstreams and with a broad range of stakeholders, contributing not only data knowledge and analytical guidance, but also operational process expertise to shape pragmatic, business-relevant solutions, and recommendations.
